The Churashima Okinawa Century Run was a January ride from Onna with a 167 km century course through central and northern Okinawa, last confirmed as its 10th edition on 19–20 January 2019; we found no later edition, so treat it as lapsed until the organizers announce otherwise.

Over ten editions the Century Run gave Okinawa a winter gran fondo. Riders started from the Onna Village community centre, and the courses strung together Nago, Nakijin, Motobu, Uruma, Ginoza, Kin, Yomitan and Kadena, with a timed 2.3 km hill climb to the Arashiyama lookout in Nago in the 2013 edition. That year 1,336 riders took part, including visitors from Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong.
The 10th edition in January 2019 offered 45, 108 and 167 km courses, with its office at JTB Okinawa in Naha. We could not find any edition after that. For a January or February group ride, look at the Okinawa Cycling Association's monthly ride.
