Aharen Port is the small harbour at Aharen on Tokashiki-jima, where Zamami Village's boat Mitsushima calls on request and links Tokashiki with Aka in 20 minutes and Zamami in 35 minutes for ¥1,100 one way, and it is a different harbour from Tokashiki Port, where the Naha boats land.
Zamami Village runs its 12-seat Mitsushima to Aharen twice a day when someone has booked by 17:00 the day before. Bookings open a month ahead through the Zamami ship office. The ¥1,100 one-way fare covers a ¥1,000 boat fare and the village's ¥100 environment tax, and the village sets no child fare on this leg. The Mitsushima takes cash or PayPay, and on departures from Aharen it takes cash only.
Zamami Village warns passengers that Aharen Port and Tokashiki Port are separate harbours. The Naha boats run by Tokashiki Village land at Tokashiki Port, and the Mitsushima calls at Aharen.
