The Ishigaki Port Ritou Terminal in central Ishigaki is where Anei Kanko and Yaeyama Kanko Ferry run every high-speed boat to Taketomi, Kohama, Kuroshima, Iriomote, Hatoma and Hateruma, about 30 minutes by taxi or 30–40 minutes by bus from New Ishigaki Airport.

The Anei Kanko and Yaeyama Kanko Ferry boats all start here, and the two companies sit side by side with separate counters and separate tickets. Yaeyama Kanko Ferry boards from berths 3 and 4. Anei's counter sells tickets on the right and tours on the left, and its 8:00 sailings draw a queue. The building has coin lockers, a Seven Bank ATM, a restaurant and shops selling local food.
The Yonaguni ferry doesn't use this terminal. Fukuyama Kaiun's Ferry Yonakuni leaves from the Yashima ferry terminal in Yashima-cho. That terminal has no parking of its own.
