Heartland is one of the Zamami Whale Watching Association's member boats, and the Cetius is the biggest on the list at 30 passengers. It sails twice a day in season, and you can book both trips if you want a second look. Outside whale season the shop runs boat snorkelling out to the turtles and the reefs off the uninhabited islands, with photos thrown in.
The shop says plainly that its staff do not speak fluent English and asks foreign guests to write by email. Tell the staff if you have to catch the boat back to Naha the same day, because whale sightings can move the return time.
