The Kumejima town bus stops at the terminal (the stop is called Kanegusuku-ko Terminal-mae). Kume Shosen's branch office sells ferry tickets here and its cargo office handles bikes and motorbikes. The Kumejima Ocean Jet uses the same terminal for its high-speed boat to Naha.
