Skymark is the airline for Shimojishima, with two flights a day from Naha plus Haneda and Kobe in winter 2026/27, and it flies Haneda, Kobe, Fukuoka, Chubu and Ibaraki to Naha. It carries a bike box up to 280 cm long inside its 20 kg free allowance.
Skymark's Okinawa map has two hubs. Naha gets six Haneda flights a day in winter 2026/27, four from Kobe and more from Fukuoka, Chubu and Ibaraki. Skymark also flies to Shimojishima Airport from Naha, Haneda and Kobe. The Miyakojima Tourism Association lists it as one of Miyako's two airports.
For a rider Skymark is generous on length and strict on weight. It takes a bike box up to 280 cm long inside the 20 kg allowance, and charges from ¥2,000 for the first 10 kg over.
