Sky Rent-a-car's Naha Airport office at Gushi 1-chome in Naha is a free shuttle ride from the terminal and opens every day 8:00–20:00, with a second main-island office in Onna since July 2025; its site is in Japanese.
Outside domestic arrivals you cross to the rental-car shuttle area, and Sky's staff wait near sign 11-B holding a Sky board. The company itself warns that at busy times the run from landing to driving away, through the shuttle and the paperwork, can take a long while, so leave slack in the first afternoon of a trip. The office stays open until 20:00, later than the 19:00 close at OTS and ORIX and the 18:00 close at Times.
Sky accepts International Driving Permits issued in the Geneva Convention format with a passport, or a foreign licence with an official Japanese translation, which JAF issues for ¥6,000 since 1 April 2026. Its booking site and most of its guidance are in Japanese, with an English video on the foreign-driver page. Sky opened an Onna village office on 18 July 2025 for visitors based on the west coast.
