The kanji 男岩 for Ugan mean male rock, and it rises out of deep water off Zamami's north-east coast. The Okinawa Convention and Visitors Bureau lists it as an advanced drift dive where schools of migratory fish pass, and Marine Diving adds mantas on some days. Currents can turn strong, so go with a guide who knows the site and dive it on the boat's terms.
