Dining Hanabusa is a Yaeyama soba restaurant in Shiraho village near New Ishigaki Airport that makes its own noodles and serves lunch only from Friday to Sunday.

Hanabusa opened in 2018 in a pretty building among the houses of Shiraho, and Tabelog reviewers praise the homemade noodles and the gentle aasa seaweed soba. Weekend lunch is the only daytime service, and dinner needs a booking. It closed for a week in January 2026, so check before a February visit.
