Kitauchi Bokujo's Hamasaki flagship is a yakiniku room run by an Ishigaki beef company on the harbour side of town, and it has opened every day for lunch and dinner since June 2024.

Kitauchi Bokujo sells its own Ishigaki beef, and the Hamasaki restaurant is the company's main grill room, with every seat at a sunken kotatsu table. Lunch brings a cheaper way in through hamburg steak and bibimbap, and dinner is the time for the premium platters. The company also runs a branch in Maezato and a hamburger shop in town.
