Milmil Honpo is a gelato shop on the coast road west of Ishigaki town near Kannonzaki that opens every day from 10:00 to 19:00, and Tabelog named it one of Japan's 100 best ice cream shops in 2023 and 2026.
Milmil serves gelato alongside burgers and taco rice. The car park holds about 50 cars, and the shop sits on the road toward Fusaki and Kannonzaki lighthouse. A second branch works inside the airport.
