Mitsuya is a new shop in Nobaru, and reviewers from late 2025 into October 2026 order the aasa soba and the katsudon. It takes phone bookings, which makes it the easy option on a day when the famous shops are sold out. One September 2026 reviewer calls it brand new. It closes on Fridays.
