Cerulean Blue runs three-hour whale-watching boats from Naha's Miegusuku Port and from Chatan between 19 December 2026 and 4 April 2027, from ¥5,000 an adult, with a no-whale refund or free re-ride from 1 February to 15 March 2027.
Cerulean Blue is one of Okinawa's big tour sellers, and its own whale boats head west from Naha toward the waters off Zamami, about 40 km out, where humpbacks gather each winter. The company says it has run whale trips for 17 years and takes around 20,000 guests a season. From Naha the morning boat meets at the Miegusuku Port waiting room at 8:30, and a free shuttle collects guests from Naha hotels when there is room on it. Parking at the port costs ¥700 for the day.
The price changes by date, and afternoon trips cost ¥500 less. The guarantee only covers trips from 1 February to 15 March, which puts a February visit in the safest window, and it lapses if anyone on board spots a whale. Book by 23:00 the night before online, or by phone or WhatsApp after that.
