Halekulani brought its Waikiki name to a protected stretch of the Onna coast at Nakama, inside the Okinawa Kaigan Quasi-National Park, and every one of its 360 rooms looks at the sea. Suites run from 76 square metres to 294 with a private pool, and five villas sit under red Ryukyu tiles. The Orchid Pool is the signature, its flower picked out in 1.5 million mosaic tiles.
