Umino Eki Ayahashi-kan is the roadside market at the midpoint of the Kaichu Doro sea road in Uruma, open every day from 9:00 to 17:30 with 300 parking spaces. Its snack counter sells mozuku tempura and Blue Seal ice cream.
The ground floor is a shop for Uruma produce and Okinawan souvenirs, with a snack counter selling mozuku tempura, juushii rice balls, Blue Seal scoops and Oppa soft-serve. Upstairs, the Sea Culture Museum tells the story of the island's wooden trading boats. Its own listing says drivers and cyclists use it as a rest stop.
