Magari Soba opened on 29 April 2026 in Magari, between Gima and Eef Beach on Kume-jima, and says it is the only shop on the island serving fresh-noodle Okinawa soba.

Magari Soba took over the premises of the Gyuton-ya grill and opened on 29 April 2026, by the tourism association's listing. It bills its fresh, uncured noodles as unique on Kume. It has not yet had a winter, so check its Instagram before a February visit.
