The order here is aasa soba, a bowl seasoned with bonito salt and loaded with green aasa (sea lettuce). Reviewers in September 2026 describe a light broth with a strong bonito aroma, and the soft-bone soki topping costs ¥180 extra. The shop sits in Nikadori just north of the Hirara centre, on the way out toward Sunayama and the Ikema road. Tabelog placed it in its Shokudo 100 list in 2024 and again in 2026.
