Yan Gwa's miso soba piles bean sprouts over noodles in a broth of chicken, pork bones and bonito, and the spicy version is the one people queue for. Since 10 January 2026 one person runs it, opening two weeks in each month and posting the dates on Instagram. Book if you can, and bring cash.
