24°NORTH opened Miyako's first dive service in 1977 and now runs catamaran yacht cruises from Nikadori fishing port in Hirara, from ¥16,500 for a five-hour snorkel day in 2026 up to a five-day liveaboard dive cruise.

The boats are two catamaran yachts, Tida Again and Minny, and the stable twin hulls are the shop's answer to anyone worried about seasickness. A snorkel day anchors over the reef that's best on the day, with lunch on deck if you order it, and you can add fishing or a guided dive. The liveaboard trip sleeps up to eight in five twin cabins on the 54-foot Tida Again and puts you over Yaebishi and the outer islands for most of a week.
Bookings go through the online form, with payment by bank transfer to confirm, and the shop won't take a booking for the next day. There's no hotel pickup at the moment, so you'll need a car or a taxi to Nikadori fishing port, just north of central Hirara. Cancel inside three days and you pay half. The liveaboard and charters charge in full from a month out.
