Okinawa Prince Hotel Ocean View Ginowan

The Prince stands on the Ginowan shore between Naha and Chatan, about 30 minutes from the airport by car or 40 minutes on the airport limousine that runs straight to the hotel. It has 340 rooms facing the East China Sea side of the island. The second floor is a water floor, with an infinity pool, an indoor pool, a sauna, a bedrock bath, a big bath and an ice room, and another infinity pool sits up on the fourteenth. Guests use all of it free, and children are welcome in the swimsuit areas.

In February the indoor pool and the bathhouse are the sure thing, since the hotel gives no season for the outdoor pools. From 1 March to 6 May 2026 it ran a cycling rally on electric-assist bikes kept at the hotel, a 10 km loop of Ginowan's sights timed for the spring sea breezes and the start of beach season in March. Ask whether it will run again in 2027 if your trip lands in March. At dusk the hotel stages a live-music show as the sun goes down.
