Seifuku has been Ishigaki's own distillery for about 70 years and moved from the town centre to Miyara in April 2014. The company's direct shop sits beside the plant. It explains how awamori is made, and the tasting corner pours more than ten labels.
The hand-made awamori sold by measure is only available here. Tours last about 15 minutes, and the shop has free parking for five cars by the entrance.
