Blue Seal's store map lists soft-serve, scoops, crêpes, shakes, sundaes and apple pie à la mode at this Makishi counter. Tabelog reviewers visited in September and October 2026, and the 23:00 closing makes it the place for ice cream after dinner. Salt chinsuko is the flavour to try here if you've had beni-imo before.
