T&M COFFEE is a specialty coffee roaster's café in a renovated old house about 7 minutes' walk from Yui Rail Kencho-mae Station in Naha's Makishi district, and you choose French press or paper drip for each single origin. It opens 08:00–20:00 on Saturdays and Sundays and 11:00–19:00 on weekdays.

T&M roasts its own light-roast single origins and lets you decide how each one is brewed. Its site recommends French press if you like body in the cup and paper drip for the cleanest flavour. Espresso goes into the cappuccino and caffè latte, and the food runs to hot sandwiches and tiramisu.
It sits on Nyu Paradaisu-dori, and the 08:00 weekend opening suits a Saturday or Sunday ride out of central Naha. Downstairs has three counter seats and four at tables, and the upper floor adds tables and sofas for 21 seats in all. Beans from the roastery's online shop start at ¥1,800 a bag.
