Densa Shokudo is a small Yaeyama soba counter one minute's walk from Iriomote's Uehara port, open from 11:30 every day except Wednesday, where reviewers spend under ¥1,000.

Densa Shokudo faces the Densa terminal where the Ishigaki boats land, which makes it the easiest bowl of soba on the island to fit between a boat and a tour. Tabelog reviewers from July to December 2025 describe an old-fashioned room and a menu cut down to Yaeyama soba, with its thin round noodles. On Tuesdays the kitchen closes at 16:00, two hours earlier than on other days, and it shuts on Wednesdays. Bring cash.
