Mikasa was a 24-hour diner on Route 58, as the Naha lunch blog lunches.jp remembers it, before it moved two streets back in December 2016, and it still opens at 9:00. Okinawan champon here means a mound of stir-fried meat and vegetables bound with egg and served over rice, and the house version is the order. The katsu-don comes Okinawan style with vegetables folded into the egg, and nearly every dish arrives with rice and a soup. Takeout is available if you would rather eat back at the hotel.
