Fukushuen is a Fuzhou-style Chinese garden in Naha's Kume district that opens 9:00–21:00 except Wednesdays and charges ¥200 by day and ¥300 after 18:00.

Naha built the garden for the city's 70th anniversary and the tenth year of its sister-city tie with Fuzhou in Fujian, and it opened in September 1992 on about 8,500 square metres. Fuzhou helped design and build it, and stone and timber came over from China. Ponds, a waterfall, bridges and pavilions are laid out to echo the scenery of Fuzhou.
The setting explains the choice. Kume was Kuninda, the quarter where Chinese settlers lived from the fourteenth century and served the Ryukyu kingdom's diplomacy and trade as interpreters and navigators, and Fuzhou was where Ryukyu envoys stayed on their way to the imperial court. The garden closed for renovation in April 2021 and reopened on 8 July 2022 with lighting for evening visits.
