The broth leads with pork bone, and a September 2026 reviewer called it the richest they had tasted; the juushii is fragrant with soy. That reviewer waited 15 minutes at noon on a Saturday behind three groups, and the kitchen stopped serving two or three groups after them. Get there near opening. It opened in October 2019 and sits about 500 m from the Nakijin no Eki Sore farm market.
