- 12:45lunchTempura and mozuku soba at the Ojima bridgeNakamoto Tempura closes on Thursdays; Kunnatu next door serves mozuku soba.
- 14:00swimMibaru BeachShallow reef flats; glass-bottom boats run all year.
- 19:00dinnerDinner at Hyakuna Garan
Hyakuna Garan sits on the coast between Mibaru and Hyakuna, so the loop starts at the door. Ride early, while the coast road to Chinen is quiet, and reach Sefa-utaki soon after it opens. The winter north wind blows into you on that stretch, and it is easier on fresh legs.
The climb up the Niraikanai Bridge comes after the visit, then a run back across the plateau to Ojima for lunch. Check Sefa-utaki's two lunar rest periods before you fix the date, since the site closes completely on those days.
