COFFEE potohoto is a specialty coffee roaster about 140 m from Yui Rail Asato Station inside Naha's Sakaemachi Market, and Q Grader Yamada Tetsushi has run it since 2006. It opens 10:00–18:00, closes on Sundays and seats two at the counter plus a bench.

Yamada Tetsushi started potohoto in 2006 in a stall of 2.5 tsubo. In January 2023 he moved it forty steps down the lane into a renovated wooden shop with its own roasting room, Rurubu reports, and he holds a Q Grader licence and a fifth place from the 2014 Japan Coffee Roasting Championship. Sprudge's July 2025 guide found a La Cimbali M39 and a La Pavoni lever machine on the bar in what was once a katsuobushi shop.
Rurubu counts about six specialty coffees at a time, and Yamada roasts each to bring out its citrus or tropical-fruit character. The kokuto cappuccino with Okinawan brown sugar and condensed milk costs ¥500 hot. With two counter stools and a bench, plan on a cup in the lane or a takeaway.
