Yuunami tops Tabelog's ranking for Japanese food in its part of Naha (3.68 in October 2026), and the queue shows it. Buy a ticket at the machine that faces the street and write your name on the waiting list; lunches.jp got a seat about 10 minutes after arriving at 11:30 on a late-2025 weekday. Pick one of the three noodles (one is yomogi green) and order the mix soba, which puts three cuts of pork in one bowl with the sweet-savoury hon-sooki as the standout. Staff add fuchiba (mugwort leaves) free when they have it, so ask.
The menu turns with the seasons. A cold tororo soba with plum sauce runs in spring and summer, and in winter 2024 the shop sold a curry soba on whole-wheat flat noodles for ¥850, which is worth asking about on a February visit.
