Hisamatsu Seimenjo is a Miyako noodle factory in Kugai that serves fresh soba for two hours each morning, from 7:00 to 9:00.
The Hisamatsu noodle works opens its own counter from seven to nine, Monday to Saturday, and the noodles come freshly made. Reviewers from May to August 2026 order the kamatama soba, fresh noodles tossed with egg, at ¥500.
