Kunembo Shokudo is a reservation-only island kitchen in Ritcho on Yoron, about 1 km from the airport, open four evenings a week and rated the island's best dinner on Tabelog at 3.56.
Kunembo cooks original dishes from Yoron produce and fish, and it has the highest Tabelog score on the island. Reviewers from September 2025 and July 2026 say book before you travel, one on a second trip. It opens only on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, so plan your nights around it. It is 1.7 km from the town office in Chabana, which suits a taxi or the designated-driver service, and has no car park.
