Satoya sits next to its sister inn as you come into Higawa from Sonai, and the tourism association singles out the miso-based kuruma prawn soba, made with prawns farmed nearby on the island. Tebichi and chicken-wing soba fill out the board, with rice on the side. A 2023 Tabelog reviewer called it the best soba on the island, and reviews from January and July 2025 keep up the praise. Lunch ends at 15:00.
