Shimanchu Soba in Okinawa City's Yogi district is an Okinawa soba shop and the sister shop of Gate 1, a long-running taco-rice shop in Kin, and its set pairs a bowl of soba with taco rice. It opens 11:00 to 20:00.

The broth uses five vegetables, four kinds of seafood and Agu pork stock, and the prices stay low enough to fill the room with local students. Okinawa City's portal vouches for the taco rice because of its Gate 1 lineage.
