Suumanumee has served soba in Kokuba since 2002, and lunches.jp describes its bowl as classic light Okinawa soba: a clear bonito broth with flat noodles and nothing fussy. The nankotsu sooki (soft-bone rib) comes tender and well seasoned, and the menu also runs to a yushi-tofu soba. The name means roughly "in front of the Shioma house", according to the same blog.
Last orders run to 21:30 on most days, so it works for a late dinner after a ride. Parking is spread over several lots with 25 spaces between them.
