Tishiraji Soba is a 12-seat Okinawa soba shop in Shuri Teira-cho, Naha, where an ¥800 bowl (2026) carries two thick slabs of sanmai-niku pork belly. It opens 11:30–16:00 from Wednesday to Sunday and on holidays, or until sold out.

Tishiraji Soba has 12 seats in Shuri Teira-cho, and five of them are at the counter. The bowl to order is the plain Okinawa soba at ¥800. The Naha lunch blog lunches.jp has written it up seven times since early 2025 and says it has found no better sanmai-niku anywhere: two thick slabs with the skin on that stay rich without weighing you down. Thick, wavy noodles sit in a broth built on karebushi bonito, and a dish of mozuku vinegar comes on the side.
Free house-made chinsuko waits by the barley tea near the door, so grab a piece while your soba is coming. The car park sits about 10 m downhill near the crosswalk, and the shop shuts on Mondays and Tuesdays.
