Yunangi has cooked Okinawan home food in Kumoji since 1970, and its 39 seats sit about 4 minutes' walk from Yui Rail Kencho-mae Station. It takes no reservations or cards and opens 17:00–21:30, so arrive near opening and expect a queue.

Yunangi opened in August 1970, while Okinawa was still under US administration, and Mapple counts about 50 dishes on a menu built on prefectural vegetables and seafood. Tabelog reviewers write most about the rafute in its rich miso sauce, and one February 2026 visitor heard the recipe comes from a grandmother. Mapple singles out the fu champuru made with soaked wheat gluten, and the umibudo pops on the tongue, says the same February reviewer.
Eight of the 39 seats are at the counter, and the room turns over quickly. Since September 2025 Yunangi serves dinner only, from 17:00 to 21:30, and it takes cash alone, so plan an early evening and stop at an ATM on the way. An English menu is available.
