Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha-Bay

Rizzan is big, with 825 rooms on Tancha Bay, and it likens its bustle to the biggest town on Okinawa. The natural beach starts at the hotel's edge, and the outdoor Rainbow Pool sits right beside the sand. Sea-facing rooms look over the green water of the bay. Tennis, putting golf, canoes and dive trips fill the days for families.

The indoor pool is heated and used all year, so February swimming moves indoors. Ishikawa IC is about ten minutes away, the airport about 70 by car. From the door, Route 58 runs north past Maeda toward Manza, which is the classic Onna ride along the west coast. The hotel publishes nothing on storing bikes, so ask.
