Fujiya has made zenzai since 1992, according to a 2026 Tabelog review, and it freezes the liquid its kintoki beans simmer in and shaves that, so the ice stays sweet even as it melts. The zenzai arrives as ice in an insulated tumbler. The beans and small shiratama dumplings come in a separate dish with a kame-senbei rice cracker, and you spoon the ice over them as you go. Milk zenzai cost ¥590 in September 2026. Taco rice and loco moco fill out the menu for a proper meal.
Free parking for 10 cars and card payment make it an easy stop, and the Tomari Takahashi bus stop is about five minutes away on foot.
