Seating runs from the veranda of the old house out to garden benches and a tent, and the view down to the sea with Ie-jima on the horizon is what you queue for. The single pizza has a bread-like crust, and coffee comes in yachimun pottery with brown sugar on the side. Stars and Stripes Okinawa reported in December 2023 that the busiest weeks of the year fall during the Yaedake cherry festival, which runs from mid-January to the first week of February and overlaps a February trip. Come after 15:00 for a quieter garden and the sunset.
