The fourth generation of the Kishimoto family runs this second shop and makes the noodles on the premises with wood-ash water just as the original does. The room is newer and bigger, with counter, table and tatami seating for 45, and an October 2026 reviewer walked straight in while the main shop had its usual line. The broth leans hard on bonito, and the pork belly comes sweet and savoury. Try a little of the island chili sauce on the table if you like heat.
What to order
- Large Kishimoto soba with juushii
- Extra-large soba after a long morning on the bike
