Michi-no-Eki Itoman is a large roadside station in Nishizaki, Itoman, open 9:00–20:00 with free parking, where the fisheries co-op's fish market sits beside a JA farmers' market and a local products hall.

This was Okinawa's seventh roadside station and is one of the largest in the prefecture. The Itoman fisheries co-op's Osakana Center sells fish landed in and around Itoman, the Farmers Market Itoman was JA Okinawa's first direct-sales market, and the products hall stocks local sweets and crafts.
For riders it is the obvious refuelling stop at the southern end of the west-coast road from Naha, with free parking and plenty of food in one place until 20:00. Itoman Gyomin Shokudo is next door if you want a sit-down meal.
