RuLer's sells taco rice in four sizes from S to XL and offers a long list of toppings, much as a burger chain would. The Makabi shop is its one branch in Naha. The founder took the name from a daughter called Rula and from the English word ruler. The Naha lunch blog lunches.jp calls the avocado taco rice its favourite in the city and paid ¥1,070 in March 2026 for a medium with an onsen egg and sour cream. A monthly special changes the line-up; August 2026 brought a Hawaiian teriyaki taco rice from the 8th.
