Motobu beef is Okinawa-raised black wagyu, and the tourism association says the farm feeds the cattle fermented lees from Orion beer, which gives the fat a sweet edge against the lean. The restaurant takes the ground floor of the Motobu Industrial Support Centre on Route 449, where the Motobu tourism office also sits. Its 112 seats spread over grill tables, a teppan counter, plain tables and a private room. A September 2026 reviewer recommended salt over sauce for the kalbi. Order a taxi home before dinner if you are staying around Toguchi without a car, since an August 2026 reviewer found empty cabs slow to appear.
