Kunnatu is a mozuku soba shop at the Ojima bridge in Tamagusuku, Nanjo, run by a mozuku farmer, and its ¥970 set (Nanjo listing) comes with free refills of fresh mozuku.
The owner has farmed mozuku off Ojima for more than 30 years, and the shop works the seaweed into everything. The noodles have mozuku kneaded in and go down smooth, and the Kunnatu set adds mozuku tempura and mozuku in vinegar, with fresh mozuku you can refill for free.
It sits on the main-island side of the bridge to Ojima, so it pairs with the tempura shops for a lunch of seaweed and fritters. The shop also sells its own mozuku products to take home.
