e-CHARIty runs PEDAL GUILD in Tokyo's Asakusabashi and opened its Naha shop near Makishi station in April 2023. In Okinawa the bookable tours now centre on Tokashiki, where small groups follow an English- or Japanese-speaking guide around the island on e-bikes, wearing helmets wired with intercoms. The five-hour version stops for a sandwich lunch from Sunny Coral eaten on the beach.
You take the ferry from Tomari yourself and meet the guide at the café, so the start time moves with the boat. Riders who'd rather explore alone can rent the same e-bikes at Sunny Coral. In the north the company drops e-bikes at hotels in Nago, Nakijin and Motobu, which makes a day around Kouri and the Motobu Peninsula easy without a car.

Its tour site also lists Naha history, Shuri, Aka Island and Sunday garden tours, but in October 2026 only the Tokashiki tours were open for online booking. Theft and damage cover is sold as an add-on. Tokashiki rentals are handed over at Cafe Sunny Coral, open 08:00–17:00 from April to September and 08:00–16:30 from October to March. Children under 10 who ride their own e-bike on a tour pay the adult price.
