The owner cooks and serves alone, so water is self-serve and lunch can take a while at the peak. The most popular bowl is yokubari ('greedy') soba, which comes loaded with mozuku, aonori, kamaboko and pork belly. An October 2025 reviewer running late found almost nothing else open after 15:00 and ended up here. The tourism association also points to the taco rice and the beef soup set.
